I want to take you to lunch… Competition!

Well hello there!

I want to get to know you better, and also produce more content to further my purpose of assisting executive women struggling with obesity and my mission of stopping the UK eating itself sick in 2020.

The thought occurred to me that the best way of knowing what to create content about is to ask my tribe what they want me to talk about! After all, I’m no mind reader and I can’t create fantastic stuff in isolation.

I also know that we all love a good competition, so how’s this for a deal?

I’ll take the winner out to lunch in Central London. (You have to get here under your own steam)
I’ll also give them a signed copy of  “How do Low Carb, UK Style!” and coach them for the afternoon in the way I usually only coach private clients.

We’ll work on

  • getting “what success looks like” for you in the short (3 months) term
  • start to discover and explore your self-sabotaging patterns so you can choose to do something different,

Both of these things will ultimately give them

  • a feeling of control over their weight,
  • better health.

To enter, you need to fill in the below form with the following details:

  1. Tell me what you want me to talk about or ask me a question that you want an answer to,
  2. Give me some of your story as regards living a Low Carb life and how I’ve helped you so far to achieve success,
  3. Give me your mobile phone number, so that I can contact you.

I’ll pick a winner from a hat on St Valentine’s day (14/02/2020)

Thank you for your response. ✨

Boring GDPR permission stuff - May I contact you further? (Select one)(required)

I want to buy you lunch…  will you be the winner?

I look forward to hearing all about your successes and finding out what you want me to talk about!

Stay strong, we’ve got this together.
